ViK 7 Posted September 9, 2016 The post office lost my work permit. I already contacted them & their main office. My package was never delivered, it arrived at the post office but for some reason they never delivered it. It's already been 3 months! I obtain a tracking number by calling INS it shows they shipped it on May. What my options now? How can I get a replacement? what information do I need. alex007 1 Posted September 13, 2016 Hi Vik, Sorry to hear your work permit was lost. I think you need to file for a replacement, i am not sure whats the form number you need to file, but just look it up online. I know you will need some of the information that was listed on the letters that was send to you stating that your work permit was approved. Also just to hear that you got approved is giving me back the hope that i had lost in my situation.

alex007 1 Posted January 27, 2017 HI Vik, I apologize for my late reply. Did you get your Employment card replace? Also i just got my DUI expungement approved last week, i hire an attorney to process it because i was still under probation and had a year left. My attorney was able to file the motion for early termination of my probation due to my misdemeanor DUI that i received two years ago. I went to talk to an immigration attorney about reapplying for DACA due that my employment card expire 2 years ago and was unable to renew due to my DUI. The attorney stated that she just had one case similar to mine and she was able to get it approved. The attorney fees are expensive and i cant not afford them at the moment due that my wife is the only one working at the moment and i am a full time student. I am about to graduate with my Bachelors Degree in Business, and i need my Employment card renew. I feel that i can prepare the application my self and submit it. If you could give me any advice on what documents i need to send in or letters of recommendation, etc... i will highly appreciated Thank you.
ViK 7 Posted January 30, 2017 Of course. I have not yet received my replacement card. I was told I need to wait 30 days. The paper you need to send is simple Form I-765 make sure to check renewal on top. Form I-765 Worksheet. I had copies with my lawyers signature on the bottom. So I just sent those. If I didn't have copies with her signature I would of signed them and checked that I prepared them.

alex007 1 Posted February 21, 2017 Hi Vik Did you hire an immigration lawyer for them to process your daca application? Also did you send a personal statement letter. Thank you.
ViK 7 Posted February 24, 2017 I didn't hire an immigration lawyer this time. I sent the copies of my old paper with my lawyers signature (once again it was just copies) so not her actual signature. Now I think that worked because I did receive a receipt for biometrics. It's been 90 days it's still pending. ^^^^^ REPLACEMENT WORK PERMIT. FOR THE ACTAUL DACA PACKAGE The first time I sent all the paper work by myself with no expunged DUI it got rejected. The second time I expunged my DUI payed a lawyer got accepted.
