Valeria27 0 Posted September 12, 2016 Ok so here goes my story. I have been here since the age of 13 came in with visa... With my parents and they dicided to stay here and make a living a went to school and gratuaded from high school but in February 2011 we where going to work and our truck got stopped someone told immigration that we we where illegally here so we got taken away i signed a voluntary deportation was send back to mexico but i came back that same month my visa which was still active didnt get taken away. Because i didnt carry it with me that day... My question is if i apply is there hope ill get aproved... I really hope there is know i have my own family and im really hoping to give them a better future has anyone have had or heard of similar cases with possitve outcomes???? ViK 7 Posted September 13, 2016 Valeria if someone did report you guys (who ever it was they were assholes) You need to talk to an immigration specialist ASAP.
