itzel 336 Posted July 31, 2012 Hi Maritza: The DREAM Act and the Deferred Act, better known as DACA are 2 different things. The DREAM Act hasn't passed, the DACA was the one Obama passed June 15. At the moment you can only apply for DACA if you qualify. Enter the blogs and you'll learn more about this. More info regarding DACA will be released August 1st and we can apply August 15. tgif 0 Posted August 1, 2012 Question. what if you been working with flase papers. and have a bank account and when they do the background check and biometric check well the checks you cash show up and fake ssn used to work???! If you go to the USCIS website and look up the employment authorization application I-765, it asks if you have used any ss#, to name them. If I were you, Id recommend an attorney...
