JoseG 383 Posted October 19, 2012 If your transcripts says that you graduated and have the date, that should be good enough to show that you completed High School.
marilu 0 Posted October 19, 2012 Well the lawyer that is helping me doesnt want to send the application in BC she said their gna returned it so idk if I should get a second opinionfrom sumbody else
JoseG 383 Posted October 20, 2012 They won't return your application. They can send you an RFE (Request for Evidence) if they want to see more documentation, but if what you say is true, that your transcript says that you graduated and has the date of graduation on it, then that should be good enough to prove you graduated High School. Rudy 12 Posted October 20, 2012 @marilu if you did Graduated from high school and is stated on your transcript... there won't be any problem. that was MY case.... I Lost my Diploma and my lawyer told me to send my transcript but at the same time (in case they ask for a RFE) GO to the school you graduated from and request a Diploma Re-print. so i received my diploma re-print a month after i requested it and at the end i DIDN'T need it.... THEY TOOK THE TRANSCRIPT only... Hope that helps...
