jper3 0 Posted February 21, 2020 Hello fellow dreamers, Long story short, I got arrested for a DWI in Texas. Blood level was.09, barely over the legal limit. The level was low enough that I got a pre-trial diversion to get this case dismissed after year probation. I am done with the probation this week and the case will be dismissed and expunged. Has anyone renewed their application with a DWI dismissed in Texas? I know here in Texas you cant get it expunged unless you get that pre-trial contract.
