Advocates rally on campus for DREAM Act passage Diamondback Online Senator Ben Cardin and state delegates Joseline Peña-Melnyk and Heather Mizeur, along with more than 250 supporters, gathered on the campus yesterday to rally for the DREAM Act, which voters will choose to uphold or overturn on Election Day.
