JoseG 383 Posted February 2, 2013 Actually, as of January 12, the Customer Service is now available on Saturdays from 9 am to 5pm. Give them a call and ask them why your EAD hasn't been shipped out if you were approved 3 months ago and they will give you the option to put in a Service Request to the Service Center that is processing your case. Erik 5 Posted February 3, 2013 Lizzy23- definitely call customer service, cus today one of my attorneys called me saying I was approved (I was hoping to hear news about my AOS case) but it was the EAD & DACA so eh...
