itzel 336 Posted October 31, 2012 Very good question, and Im not sure if that would come out in an FBI background check. I was under the impression FBI background checks look for crimes that arent money related, but please dont quote me on this. Even if you are getting sued, if innocent or not, if youre in the process of reaching an agreement on that situation and there is paperwork showing that, I dont see why thatd affect your biometrics. Biometrics is where they take your fingerprints and picture/signature for your EAD. The fingerprints are then sent to be processed by FBI. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
