Xerok 1 Posted January 14, 2013 Hi guys im new to this forum i have lots of questions that i havent find an answer for. well this starts like this: * (9/15/12) My Application Was Sent. * (9/26/12) Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. * (10/25/12) I had My biometrics appoinment. * ( 1/14/13) NOTHING RECIEVED OR UPDATED IN WEBSITE AT ALL.... pswa83 302 Posted January 14, 2013 you're not alone. there are still people from september who are not approved yet. the 4 to 6 month wait period starts AFTER your bios. It's only been 55 working days since your bios. USCIS doesnt work on the weekends or holidays. now that is only for the decision on the I-821D. after the I-821D is approved, USCIS still has 90 days to make a decision on the I-765. being patient isnt the easiest thing in the world but just try to stay busy. it helps ti keep your mind off of it 1 Yudi85 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
