i-94

Hello, I'm trying to fill out forms for deferred action and gathering all the requirements and i came around the I-94. I dont have the I-94, so what can i do??

I-94 is like a proof of when you entry the U.S. if you lost it your passport should have a stamp that says the date you enter the U.S. If you don't have that stamp, then try to find things to proof when you enter the U.S. They are trying to see were you under 16 when you enter the U.S.

If you have a visa then you should have an i-94 card it is the permit to cross the border they give it to you for 6 months normally

Yes! As long as you make copy of the stamp that has a date of entering the U.S. and a date that says until when you have to leave! At least mine it says that! It is better you send more info than less info for them! I send them all my school ID's I kept to show that I was here before I turn 16 years old and I was present here on June 15th. because I was still in school during that time! I hope this helps!

You dont need an I94 if you dont have one. This would be EWI, entering without inspection. I didnt provide an I94 and look at me approved, with EAD and TX ID and even a job..
