JoseG 383 Posted November 1, 2012 Look over the forms, fill out as much as you can. If there is something you don't understand, search the forums or online, I'm sure someone has already asked it. http://www.uscis.gov...000082ca60aRCRD Form I-821D http://www.uscis.gov...0004718190aRCRD Form I-765 http://www.uscis.gov...0004718190aRCRD Form I-765WS http://www.uscis.gov...0004718190aRCRD Form G-1145 http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=d9056d4e88ac3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=c88fd1eb6dc43210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD If you know you have a clean record and an easy case, there is no need for an attorney, they will just have the paralegal fill it out, and at this point, with the process being as new as it is, we probably know just as much as they do. Everything you need to know is on the USCIS website. Of course, if you don't feel comfortable or capable of doing it by yourself, there is nothing wrong with getting help from an attorney.
