i already applied on the 10/30/12 n my aunt told that if you get denied you can't apply for a visa or other n i jst had a baby girl that its two months old n i am scared to get denied is it true or not???

Not true, and, you can't apply for a VISA anyways if you are here illegally with unlawful presence.

The possibility of being denied is very slim.

if you meet the requirements you should be good . and no i don't think it's true. If you get denied that's just for DACA.

I fully agree with what's being said. As long as criminal is good and you have good evidence, it should be no problem.
