Africa2001 1 Posted November 5, 2012 Waited so long for this moment to happen only to receive mail saying that i didn't submit enough evidence.... which is really frustrating. What do i do now... thought i gave them enough evidence. Both my brothers received the same thing. Any suggestion on what would be better evidence besides waht i provided. JoseG 383 Posted November 5, 2012 You will have to wait until the letter arrives in the mail. They will specify what additional evidence they need want to see. If you and your 2 brothers all got RFEs, then you guys might have missed the same thing. Did you submit proof that you were living here in the U.S. for the full past 5 years? Proof that you were here on June 15, 2012? Proof that you are unlawfully present in the U.S.?
roadrunner11 167 Posted November 5, 2012 Hi there! Welcome to the forums. I was wondering, are you able/comfortable with sharing what you included as evidence for your application? If not, no worries. Here are some examples of what you could include- High school or college transcripts Employer letters Check stubs from work Tax forms Newspaper articles with your name listed on there High school yearbooks Vaccination records in the US Medical records Dental records Car insurance records Receipts from purchases with your name on them Employer, community leader or teacher letters stating how long you have been around them Utility bills under your name I am out of ideas; however, I am sure there are others on the forum who can add more to this. BEST WISHES!
