so they're saying that it would probably take from 6-12 months right? PROBABLY.

if that douchebag (romney) gets to be prez, in november (hoping it won't happen); he could get rid of the deferred action and veto the dream act, so what's even the point of applying?; im not trying to be negative but this is all really shady:/

Even if Romney gets to be president, if you applied for DACA and were approved then you'll be fine at least for 2 years, even if he removes it. Yes, he'd veto the DREAM Act which is why we're hoping he wont win. I think you should apply if you qualify. I think we're headed in the right direction and they can't just leave us hanging in the limbo. Lets be positive, we'll be all right.

yes Tano 123, there is a gray side to this and possibilities of not having it at all too,
