keke 1 Posted November 9, 2012 I send my case on the 20th of oct an received my receipt on the 29th of oct. i went on uscis website to check my case but it said that my case can not be found ok i have a few question that i need some help with plz help me 1) Do i have to call USCIS customer service to ask why my case can not be found? 2) Can i do a walk in biometric without getting a letter saying to do so? 3) Just chill an wait on USCIS? JoseG 383 Posted November 9, 2012 You have to wait until you get the receipts in the mail to check your case online. Some people haven't been able to check their case at all.
