I was wondering if I could call USCIS and ask them about my case since its been a month an a week that I took my biometrics and still no answer

*****u can call them but thy will tell u is that u gotta wait 90 days it hasnt bin 90 days ...nd thy will say u can go online and check.. i called them like 10 times nd same thing again nd again... but i know foosho wat thy said was 3 months for i-765 and 4 to 6months for i-821D

They wont tell you anything new. They will ask you for your case number, then look it up and tell you that your case is in Initial Review. They will tell you that the estimated processing time for the I-821D is 4-6 months and to give them a call back if you don't hear anything by then.

The I-765 does have a 90 day processing time, but, we didn't file the I-765 by itself because obviously we don't qualify for it without DACA. We first need to be approved on the I-821D, which has the 4-6 month processing time before the 90 day processing time starts for the I-765.
