Anyone here who is 30 years old and got their EAD? I'm still waiting and it's killing me, I'm 30 and I don't know if that is going to affect me

i'm 29 and already have been approved, received my EAD, SNN, DL and state ID.

unless your over 31 or turned 31 after june 15, 2012, then i dont think that your age plays a role in the decision.

Age does NOT effect the result of one's application nor does it delay the processing time. I don't know where people got that idea from.

probably because they're so close to 31--like i am, lol.

but i wont turn 30 till next yr and 31 till 2014 so i'm good.

well, as good as i can be knowing that i'm going to be 30 in 7 months

Thanks for answering my question, it's hard when you are waiting for something that you really wanted for so long.... I know you guys understand. Hopefully I'll get something next week, this coming monday is going to be 5 weeks since I went to the biometrics appointment!!! My case was sent to Vermont.
