jperezga 0 Posted August 5, 2012 I was obligated to come here at the age of 15 and have been here for 7 years. I have always had a student visa, i can't afford school anymore because my dad doesn't have a job anymore. I won't be out of status till school starts in a few weeks. The guidelines release yesterday by DACA say that you'd qualify if: Entered without inspection before June 15, 2012, or your lawful immigration status expired as of June 15, 2012; It seems to me that you dont qualify, but maybe if you speak an attorney or a non profit organization, they can help better.
