JoseG 383 Posted November 17, 2012 What did you originally send for that year? I would send as many things as I could get that have my name, date and address if possible.

Gino10 30 Posted November 17, 2012 wow, although i havent gotten a RFE letter, i am scared i mite get one! i just sent two letters from when i was 15yo i didnt have much info when i was 15. just an employer letter stating that i worked for him in his restaurant. That restaurant no longer exist though. I dont know if i am gonna be getting that letter soon. I already went to my biometics appointmen three weeks ago. What do u guys think? whats the probability ill be getting that letter?
NilviaRR 53 Posted November 17, 2012 Yes, just in case, send as much info as possible... something for at least every few months, because brief, casual departures don't count and brief and casual would be a month or two I would say... Tax documents are definitely very good proof, but send more just to be on the safe side... highlight dates and put them in chronological order! Best of luck! God bless! mayra 19 Posted November 18, 2012 one more question? okay so im confused on wat the letter say i dnt understand hope there is someone can answer my question....okay so it says that 2007,2009,2011&2012 meet the guideline wich means i send enough evidence for those years and for evidence for 2010 is unsufficient. i just want to make sure that they only want evidence for 2010..wich im right? dnt knw? really? ARE they only asking for 2010? sorry i have too much ???????? if thats correct i dnt knw why on the last page of the letter says: PROOF OF PRESENCE IN THE UNITED STATES ON JUNE 15, 2012 The evidence you submitted with your Form I-821D, DACA, to show that you were present in the U.S on june 15, is insufficient. You may still submit evidence, which may include, but is not limited to, copies of: well thats how its written in the letter i dnt understand cuz in the first page says i dnt need evidence for 2012 but reading this last page got me soo confused
JoseG 383 Posted November 18, 2012 I wouldn't send the whole packet, just the most important pages that contain your information.
EnJR 39 Posted November 18, 2012 If you have a bank account, send them your bank statements from 2010, and if you have a lot of transactions (i.e. bought stuff regularly with that debit card) it will pretty much be enough evidence.
lapancha77 18 Posted November 18, 2012 Mayar their asking me for the samething my lawyer said for the PROOF OF PRESENCE IN THE UNITED STATES ON JUNE 15, 2012 they mean that you need to send something proving you where here on june 15, 2012. like something you bought or if you had a doctors appoiment that day. something like that , if you dont have anything for that day try sending stuff from a month before and a month after and i think you should be fine. i have a bank account and i bought some stuff that day so i plan on sending that, and on that day i went and asked for my medical record wich has the date and my name i will send that as well. best of luck 1 mayra reacted to this

mayra 19 Posted November 18, 2012 thank you guys i feel a lot better
NilviaRR 53 Posted November 18, 2012 Yes and for June 15, I'm praying you did SOMETHING that day... especially if you have a debit card and just throw away ur statements all the time (like I do) I went to the bank and they gave me my statements for a few months back... I highlighted the purchases I made that day (mcdonalds and insurance lol) and that was sufficient... if you don't have anything for that day specifically put in as much for the month of june... especially a whole lot for the days right before and after that day... Also, I make a lot of money too but as long as u put a lot of stuff down for ur expenses sheet I don't think you should have any problem ( like i included all of my college payments as well as a bunch of other little things that I spend on like gas, food, hygiene products, clothing, etc.) Again, Best of luck and stay strong!! Just a tiny little roadbump, but you'll make it through!!! 1 mayra reacted to this
NilviaRR 53 Posted November 18, 2012 Also, it is worded a little funny like how u said u have enough proof for the YEAR 2012, but proof of being in the U.S. on June 15th (particularly) is a separate category that you have to provide proof for, its not the same as the evidence needed for the year 2012.... And like everyone above has been saying, bank transactions and medical records are good!! Also, any DATED, POSTMARKED mail would be good too!!! Just gather as much as you can, as I always say... BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY! Again, best of luck and try not to stress out!
Aled 118 Posted November 18, 2012 For the year of 2012 I used mostly bank statements to prove I was here on that year as well as to prove I was here June 15. If you have a bank account get them!
mayra 19 Posted November 19, 2012 well so far i have 3 mths proof for 2010 plus my income tax returns, also i have proof for june 15, before and after that day.....what u guys think is that good enough?
