Love35 3 Posted November 18, 2012 on http://dreamact4you.com/ its states that the deferred action ends 2/28/2013... is that true ?
JoseG 383 Posted November 18, 2012 First off, that website is calling it the Dream Act, that right there should be an indication that they have no idea what they're talking about. To answer your question, no it doesn't. The form itself has an expiration date of 2/28/2013, but that doesn't mean the program will end at that date. All it means is that the form will expire on that date and another one will be released with a new date. 1 Sinae reacted to this

srs 11 Posted December 7, 2012 I agree with some of the members. I think that there are people that are calling DACA the Dream Act and there are just confusing people I recommend that it is best to get inform well with uscis. I have had experience with people and even so called lawyers that have no idea what they are talking about.

vic_x 0 Posted January 22, 2013 All it means is that the form will expire on that date and another one will be released with a new date. almost true. Although the date on the form is an indicator of it's expiration. it doesn't mean there will simply be a new form out with a refreshed date. there's no sense behind that. It simply means that USCIC can, at any time, update their application/s with new or less information fields present after the "expiration" date. if you notice form G-1145, E-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, it has an expiration date of may 3rd, 2012 yet it's still there and accepted by USCIS. for anyone who may be wondering exactly what that date means.
