hi every one i have a friend that got a RFE a few weeks ago and her RFE was for not answering a question simple question it was the one" if you had ever hurt someone"ok so we were wondering if they had all ready cheked her information or could she get another RFE for not enough evidence?

i would think that if that's the only question that they are asking, then check NO and send it back.

if they think that she didnt send enought evidence then they could send her another RFE but you will not know until they actually send it.
