pswa83 302 Posted August 6, 2012 ok, i had a question about filing out the EAD (I-765) form and was wondering what category we, DACA apps, would fall into. And Here is the answer. This explains that there could be a different EAD app for us DACA apps. Special Instructions :Deferred Action: You may not use this version of the Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization as part of your request for consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals at this time. Beginning on August 15, 2012, a new version of Form I-765 and instructions will be available on this site.
