carlos0003 0 Posted November 30, 2012 hello im new in this form, and i have a question, i got my biometrics on november 8, when do u think am i getting approved? and after getting approved , when am i going to be able to pass a checkpoint. or what am i gonna need to be able to move to another state.? pswa83 302 Posted November 30, 2012 after your biometrics, it's pretty much a waiting game. some have been approved fast and for others it has taken time. as for passing through a CBP checkpoint, you can. there is another member on the forum that just did this month and had no problems. as for moving, when and if you do move, make sure that you inform USCIS that you have moved and also the SSA. the last thing you want to have happen is that your USCIS papers or letters get lost. EnJR 39 Posted November 30, 2012 carlos0003 it really depends on the officer taking your case and service center you sent it to, also taking into consideration a lot more people are applying to DACA so it will eventually slow down the process comparing it to the people who applied in August/September or even October.
