lapancha77 18 Posted December 3, 2012 I've been hearing that we can't work for the government with an EAD, like schools, or town jobs. do you guys know if this is true?
pswa83 302 Posted December 3, 2012 city jobs and things like that, i would think unless otherwise stated, you would be able to. i know Government jobs like FBI, or anything like that, you cant. I also know that applying for the police department is off limits as well as most department want you to be a citizen or a PR in the process of becoming a citizen. itzel 336 Posted December 3, 2012 I actually saw a job listing here in my city for a customer representative job at USCIS but 1 of the requirements is to be a citizen. I agree with pswa83 that unless otherwise stated city jobs are ok to apply for.
JayhOR24 58 Posted December 11, 2012 Does this involve hospitals?
Gezinha 121 Posted December 13, 2012 I would think probably not, you can work in the hospital. But you can always ask google. That is how I found out if citizenship was needed to become a police officer.
