Imski 9 Posted December 5, 2012 I had a quick question about the building we do our biometrics. Is that where our application gets processed? Like after the government or whoever that does the background check appoves your background, is our application processed in that same building?
pswa83 302 Posted December 5, 2012 no, it is not the same building. the fingerprints are then sent to the Service Center where your application was sent after you sent it to the Lockbox. Once sent to the Service Center, then the process of your papers getting looked at starts.

JoseG 383 Posted December 5, 2012 Lockbox - Where you mailed your application. Service Center - Where the lockbox sends your application to be processed. Application Support Center (ASC) - Where you go for your Biometrics Appointment. 1 Imski reacted to this
